Refund policy

Letters that are printed and mailed now (Maduro, Cilia Flores)

If we cannot print and mail your letter for any reason on our side — including a message that does not pass review and that you choose not to revise — you get a full refund. Once your letter has been mailed the order is final: what happens after it leaves our hands (facility handling, delivery, reading, response) is outside our control and is explained in the mail rules.

Reservations (Diosdado, Padrino)

Reservations are free. Nothing is charged when you reserve a letter on these sites, so there is nothing to refund. If a verified mailing address becomes available, we email you first; if you then choose to pay to send it, the "printed and mailed now" rules above apply to that payment.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
